FS120i – 2 Hour Insulated Fire Shutter

The Fireroll FS120i fire shutter has been tested by Warringtonfire to ensure they maintain 120 minute integrity in the event of a fire.  Fire shutters operate automatically in the event of an alarm signal, providing reliable compartmentalisation and enhancing safety and security. All Fireroll fire shutters hold CE, UKCA & EWCL5 certification and can be fitted to multiple support structures (masonry. concrete and protected structural steelwork).

Rated E120 for fire resistance and an exceptional EW60 for radiant heat transference. The unique insulating core minimises the possibility of heat transfer through the shutter and risk of a secondary fire starting on the other side.

Aluroll fire shutters are supplied with audio-visual panels and battery back up devices as standard.

Additional details

Aluroll Fireroll fire shutters are tested and certified by Warrington fire to EWCL5 and designed for commercial and service sites requiring a 2 hour fire rating requirement to stop the spread of fire through an opening. In the event of a fire alarm, the fire shutter automatically descends by operation of the motor and audio-visual panel. Common fire protection sites include canteens, shopping malls and transport facilities, but the nature of the roller shutter design also lends itself to providing an extra layer of security.
