Aluroll has recently been awarded the latest quality accreditation by BRE Global. The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requires an assessment of seven quality management principles, including Customer Focus. Conformity means a company is able to consistently provide products that meet regulatory requirements. It also shows we can use the system to enhance customer satisfaction. Our new stock management, cut sheet and ordering system played an important role in achieving the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. Office and manufacturing processes became more streamlined, with improvements in key areas such as the monitoring and resolution of non-conformances.
