Aluroll’s 2016 Survey Results: 98% Satisfaction Rate for Customer Service

Aluroll would like to thank everyone who participated in our 2016 customer survey. We received an impressive number of responses, including interesting suggestions and ideas which we will use to improve the service and products we offer.

The broad sample ranged from new companies who were just beginning their journey with Aluroll, to loyal customers who have been working with us for over 10 years. Some ordered less than one shutter a month from us, while others needed more than 10 products each month. Answers were positive across the board. 

98% of people rating our customer service awarded us 4 or 5 out of 5.  Our delivery service achieved similar results, with 96% of people stating they were ‘Satisfied’ or ‘Very Satisfied’ with our offering. 

9.7 out of 10 people were happy with product quality, with 5 out of 5 (‘Very Satisfied’) being the most popular answer. 9.7 out of 10 people also said they would be ‘Likely’ or ‘Very Likely’ to recommend us to another company.

93% of people felt we provided them with the technical support and assistance they needed. If you feel like we could help you by providing more information, contact the office or fill in our new resource request form.
